2017 marked a pivotal moment in Habanos' strategic repositioning of the Quai d'Orsay brand, during which two remarkable new cigars were introduced: Quai d'Orsay No. 50 and Quai d'Orsay No. 54. These cigars not only expanded the Quai d'Orsay portfolio but also showcased the brand's fresh interpretation and pursuit of cigar artistry. The Quai d'Orsay No. 50 measures 110mm in length with a 50 ring gauge, adorned with the exclusive D'Orsay 50 emblem. It comes in two packaging formats: a semi-natural wooden box containing 10 premium cigars, and a similarly styled wooden box housing 25 cigars. Upon first sniff, this cigar releases an alluring sweet herbal aroma, artfully blended with warm baked spices. When cold-drawn, it reveals a light hint of vanilla and citrus notes, offering a fresh and elegant profile.

The Quai D'Orsay brand was originally established in 1973 at the request of the French tobacco company Seita. It was launched in Cuba in 1974. After Habanos took over, it was positioned as a local brand targeting the French market.
